• Weekly cleaning of the apartment
• Stairwell cleaning
• Use of fitness room next door in Hotel Esplanade (the finish sauna is excluded)
• 24-hour Reception service of the Hotel Esplanade

The above services apply to the interim rental of the apartments both for the 11 apartments in the 3-star standard category and for the 6 apartments in the 4-star premium category. For further extras on equipment see the descriptions of the respective apartment category.

Energy Certificate

As a provider of furnished apartments, we offer you an insight into our current energy certificate. Nevertheless: The above mentioned prices are already inclusive with already included additional costs such as heating or electricity.

Extras on Request

A covered parking lot can be rented additionally. A rich breakfast buffet for € 23,00 per person is available in the hotel bistro.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are coin-operated (1.00 Euro per hour or part thereof).
